Savannah Carpenter
Managing Partner
Savannah Lauren Carpenter is a Texas native, born & raised in Southlake.
She attended Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano, graduating with honors in 2019.
From there, she was accepted into The University of Mississippi, where she was a SEC cheerleader for her 4 years attending Ole Miss, & also enjoyed being an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority.
Savannah graduated Cum Laude from Ole Miss in May 2023, with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
After graduation, she moved back to Ft. Worth, & immediately began working for her parents’ luxury home building & construction company, Carpenter’s Crue Construction, Inc.
As a construction project manager, handling & supervising home building & remodel projects, Savannah gained great insight to her clients’ needs & desires, which definitely enlightened her even more to what the industry & her clients needed ~ an exceptional property, estate, & home management company.
Savannah has always had a passion for the custom home industry, & working for her parents’ company fulfills that passion for design, architecture, & her love of working with people. Helping her clients’ dreams come true, by helping create their ultimate dream home, is a true gift. Through her work & dedication to her clients’ needs, Savannah realized estate & property management was an absolute necessity for so many of her clients.

Luke Foster
Managing Partner
Luke Nelson Foster is a Texas native, born and raised in Southlake.
He attended Liberty Christian School for most of his academic career, and graduated from Fusion Academy in 2019.
After graduation, Luke was eager to learn the family business, & began working for BASA Resources, Inc. Luke gained great knowledge & experience while working in the oil and gas industry. He has a broad understanding of engineering, oilfield mechanics, and the process & methods of managing a reservoir. Luke is very thankful to have learned such an incredible field, & to have obtained skills in which he can use everyday.
After working in the oil & gas field, Luke pursued the construction industry, working for a couple of different construction companies over the past four years. Luke worked diligently, and was promoted to a project manager & supervisor for home building & remodeling. His incredible leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, & outstanding work ethic are valuable traits he brings to every job & project.
Luke is greatly looking forward to working in the property management industry, and is excited to bring all he’s learned to his clients, & assist with all their property management needs.
