Dane Barnes
Managing Partner
Travis Dane Barnes is a Texas native, born in Nacogdoches. He was raised in Chester, a quaint, peaceful town, surrounded by lush, green piney woods.
Dane attended Chester High School, graduating in 2018 with honors, & salutatorian of his class.
After high school graduation, Dane was accepted into Baylor University, where he majored in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration.
Dane has always been fascinated by real estate and architecture. Meeting and connecting with people in the business, he met a gentleman named Bo Bennett. Bo was and still is very prominent in both real estate and property management with his business partner, Clay Springer. Dane and Bo would enjoy discussing his property management company, and all it entailed. As time went on, Bo became an incredible mentor to Dane, and still mentors Dane to this day.
“I was very thankful they took me under their wing. I gained and learned an incredible amount of knowledge. Learning how to be adaptable during changing situations, problem-solving on the fly when a client’s residence had a maintenance issue of some kind, using effective communication with clients, being a team player, and just overall learning the business,” Dane reflects.
Combining what he learned, and seeing the demand for the business, Dane decided to step out on his own and pursue his own company.
“I want our clients to have peace of mind and take away all the unwanted stress that comes with owning one or multiple homes, and know they are taken care of with the upmost care. Our faith is incredibly important to us, and treating others and their belongings as our own is at the forefront of what we stand for,” expresses Dane.

Savannah Carpenter
Managing Partner
Savannah Lauren Carpenter is a Texas native, born & raised in Southlake.
She attended Prestonwood Christian Academy in Plano, graduating with honors in 2019.
From there, she was accepted into The University of Mississippi, where she was a SEC cheerleader for her 4 years attending Ole Miss, & also enjoyed being an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority.
Savannah graduated Cum Laude from Ole Miss in May 2023, with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
After graduation, she moved back to Ft. Worth, & immediately began working for her parents’ luxury home building & construction company, Carpenter’s Crue Construction, Inc.
As a construction project manager, handling & supervising home building & remodel projects, Savannah gained great insight to her clients’ needs & desires, which definitely enlightened her even more to what the industry & her clients needed ~ an exceptional property, estate, & home management company.
Savannah has always had a passion for the custom home industry, & working for her parents’ company fulfills that passion for design, architecture, & her love of working with people. Helping her clients’ dreams come true, by helping create their ultimate dream home, is a true gift. Through her work & dedication to her clients’ needs, Savannah realized estate & property management was an absolute necessity for so many of her clients.
